Notice of Annual Vestry Meeting
& Annual Parochial Church Meeting

The Annual Vestry Meeting & Annual Parochial Church Meeting will be held in church on the 23^rd day of March 2025 at 11.30 am, following a combined service at 10.00 am.

The meetings are convened for:

• The election of churchwardens.

• The election of parochial representatives of the laity as follows:

• To the Deanery Synod:
  3 representatives for 1 year

• To the Parochial Church Council:
  4 representatives for 3 years
  3 representatives for 2 years
  1 representatives for 1 years

• The consideration of:

1. a report on changes to the Roll since the last annual parochial church meeting OR a report on the numbers entered on the new Roll;

2. an Annual Report on the proceedings of the parochial church council and the activities of the parish generally;

3. the financial statements of the council for the year ending on the 31st December preceding the meeting;

4. the annual report on the fabric, goods and ornaments of the church or churches of the parish;

5. a report of the proceedings of the deanery synod; and

6. other matters of parochial or general Church interest.
